Food and travel have been long standing passions of mine. I love nothing more than perusing and taking in the smells and tastes of a local market.
My grandparents had the most amazing kitchen garden, they grew all sorts and lived on the produce all year round. From an early age I remember my granny teaching me how to bake and use the produce in her kitchen, which was run as a military operation, producing the most amazing food and never wasting anything.
I was lucky enough to attend Prue Leith’s cookery school in London for an advanced course after university, which stood me in good stead for my future career choices.
Throughout life i’ve chosen jobs where I can follow my fondness for cooking, be it cooking in a chalet in The Alps, a Kew Gardens town house or the Isle Of Mull.
I am now fortunately in a position to share my love of cooking and home with you. I hope you can come and join me and experience a relaxed meal filled with laughter, good food and your favourite wines.
